Updating your web site with new information is very important in order to maintain visitor interest and the interest of search engines. The more often you add fresh content the more reasons you give your visitors to return to your site.  Google prefers sites that are adding new content as well.

Regularly introducing new technology to your Website is also a good idea. This can provide a more enjoyable on-line experience for your customers and enable you to present your sales argument in a more efficient or enticing way.

Small Site Maintenance Contract
For a set price of $150.00 per month we will provide 4 hours of website maintenance time. This program requires you to commit to a full year at this price. Time that is not used within that monthly period does not roll over to the next month. Additional hours may be purchased at a rate of $55 per hour. This fee includes downloading of pages, maintenance of pages and then uploading of edited pages to your server. You may also choose to use this time having your site re-submitted to search engines or other duties. The time is yours....you dictate how it is to be used. Work on requested changes will begin within a 48 hour time period (time frame does not include weekends)
* A 6 month commitment is required for this package. 

Large Site Maintenance Contract
For a set price of $250.00 per month we will provide 8 hours of web site maintenance time. This program requires you to commit to a full year at this price. Time that is not used within that monthly period does not roll over to the next month. Additional hours may be purchased at a rate of $55 per hour. This fee includes downloading of pages, maintenance of pages and then uploading of edited pages to your server. You may also choose to use this time having your site re-submitted to search engines or other duties. The time is yours....you dictate how it is to be used. On Call Basis
As an alternative we offer an "On Call Basis". If you are not interested in a contract program then we can maintain your site on a per hour fee of $55.00. This fee includes downloading of page/s required, maintenance of these pages and then uploading edited pages to your server, website submissions or any other maintenance of your site. The contracts mentioned above simply offer you a "reduced hourly rate" option in lieu of the "On Call Basis" program. Completion dates will be discussed at the time work is submitted to MaxxWebs. We work on a first come first served basis.

Rush Work
MaxxWebs will accept rush jobs if requested. Rush jobs will be billed at a rate of $85.00 per hour. Rush Work requested between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. will begin immediately. Rush work must be approved by MaxxWebs and a 50% deposit of the estimated amount will be required before any work begins. At the time the job is approved MaxxWebs will supply an estimated completion time.

Code Repair
Our Fee for repairing html that has been changed by the client is $75.00 and billable in hourly increments. It is more difficult to read through html coding to find an error than it is to simply code the pages ourselves. We offer this "code repair" service to customers who wish to maintain their own pages on designs created by MaxxWebs only.
